Heat cramps Saints' style sport.news.com.au/common/story_page/0,4057,4092745%255E5930,00.html I didn't watch the Freo/Saints game, but according to this article, cramping was a major problem for the Saints. I had read that Harvey was injured, but this article says he had cramp. I don't know if there's any more to it, so I guess we have to wait and see whether he makes the side next weekend or not.

I heard on the radio that he'd pulled a hamstring.
The demons played in the heat, and had less break than us though, and it didn't help us.
We need to just concentrate on getting our game right first.

I think people were expecting the Dees to run out of legs in the last quarter, but Port looked like they had trouble keeping up with the Dees. I bet most of us were feeling a bit more confident just before the last break. The Power looked shell-shocked when Melbourne kicked those unanswered goals in the first few minutes of the last quarter. On the St Kilda cramp issue, doesn't alcohol dehydrate you?

;)Going on current form the "Saints" will roll us. a serious situation considering we can only drop another 4 games for the rest of season to equal 2001.
who's going to take the role of "Francis" who kicked 4 last bout, rnd.18 2001 where it was a close tussle all day. Had it not been for poor kicking by "Saints" they would of cleaned us up.
They look even better so far this year

Amazingly, looking at all the footy tips around the place, nearly everyone is still picking Port to win. I guess they figure we can't go on playing that badly. We'll see how they go on Sunday. 3-0 would be disastrous.

The good news with all the rain in Melbourne Colonial will have the roof closed. The boys should be able to showcase their skills. We won our first game there against the "Saints" Let's hope it's a repeat on Sunday. Go "" POWER ""
